Operation

SETUP:

On the keypad, enter:

Box parameters – Length, width, height (depth), board thickness, and glue tab length.

Displayed:

Box blank size
Flap score position setting
Fence position setting 

Set:

Flap score position
Fence position

Optional:

Set outfeed conveyer position and speed;
Set outfeed catcher position

Time:

Normally about 2 minutes to complete setup

RUN:

On the keypad, select:

One of several different run options

Insert:

Pre-cut corrugated box blank

Motor-driven rollers move the blank to each slot position

At each slot position, a guillotine mechanism inside the machine stamps a slot and sets the box's body score

As the box blank goes through the machine, a roller sets the flap scores
