Installation |
Installation: | Quick and easy. Instructions and pictures are in the maintenance manual. Uncrate and setup takes two men under three hours. Here’s how it happens: |
Uncrate: | Use a power screwdriver to remove crate top and sides |
Lift machine off skid: | You'll need a 5k forklift to do this |
Attach feet: | 4 feet, 2 bolts each
Feet are adjustable; level the boxmaker |
Attach and level tables: | Each of the 2 tables attach with two bolts and two supports. |
Attach and adjust side fences: | Attach each fence with two bolts.
Adjust to square per manual instructions. |
Connect air supply: | Attach your supply hose to the ¾" NPT quick disconnect (included.) Machines exported are fitted with a metric adaptor. |
Connect electric supply: | The machine comes with cables and standard wall plugs. Plug into a standard 110v or 220v wall outlet. Machines exported are pre-fitted with that country’s standard plug. |
